高度警惕快速城镇化时期我国城市的过度蔓延趋势--基于70个大中城市数据的实证研究

On Keeping High Alert against Excessive Sprawl Trend in China during the Period of Rapid Urbanization:An Empirical Study based on Data of 70 Large and Medium-Sized Cities

我国进入快速城镇化时期以来,一些城市呈现出过度蔓延的趋势,直接影响着新型城镇化的顺利推进。基于此,本文定量测算了我国70个大中城市的蔓延指数并系统分析了蔓延的危害,对城市蔓延的原因进行定性定量分析,分析了城市人口变动、第二产业发展、城市居民收入等因素对城市蔓延的影响,并提出治理城市过度蔓延的方向。

Since entering into the period of rapid urbanization, there appears a trend of excessive sprawl in some cities, it has a direct effect on the process of new urbanization. Based on it, in this paper, we estimate the urban sprawl index of 70 large and medium--sized cities and make a system atie analysis on the damages of expansion, and then make a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the reasons of city sprawl, and on the effect of urban population changes, secondary industry development, urban resident income on the city sprawl. Finally, we propose the suggestions for controlling the urban excessive sprawl.
