依那普利联合比索洛尔及螺内脂治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究依那普利联合比索洛尔及螺内脂治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将76例风湿性心脏病慢性心衰患者依据治疗方法分为常规组和研究组各38例,常规组应用利尿剂、洋地黄进行常规治疗,研究组在其基础上,进行依那普利+比索洛尔+螺内脂联合治疗,比较2组疗效。结果研究组治疗后,LVEDD、LVESD明显减少(P<0.05),LVEF及6min行走距离明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗后4项观察项目均明显优于常规组(P<0.05),常规组治疗前后在此4项上均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论那普利+比索洛尔+螺内脂联合用药治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心衰,能通过三种药物作用的协同发挥来减轻心脏负担,有效缓解慢性心衰症状,促进患者快速恢复,
