我国出口企业集聚与贸易二元扩张

Export Firm's Agglomeration and Dual Expansion of Trade

基于我国出口贸易迅速发展的客观事实,出口贸易二元扩张成为学术界关注的焦点;本文结合异质性理论对微观企业二元边际的分解模式,创新性地将企业集聚因素纳入基础模型;运用30个制造业出口企业1999～2007年的相关数据考察了出口企业不同集聚形式(专业化和多样化)对贸易二元扩张的影响。研究发现出口企业集聚总体上有利于贸易二元扩张,而集聚专业化经济具有促进内延边际扩张的作用,多样化经济则更加促进外延边际扩张;同时还发现内资出口企业集聚促进外延边际扩张,而外资出口企业的集聚更有利于内延边际扩张。政策启示在于,政府应加强对出口集聚区的产业引导,发挥集聚经济的地方特色,通过专业化经济和多元化经济的双重"集聚优势"来赢得我国出口二元边际扩张的双重"贸易优势"。

Based on the objective facts of the rapid development of China＇s export trade,the dual expansion of China＇s export trade has been the focus of academic attention.This paper combines with the heterogeneity theory of the decomposition mode of the micro-enterprise binary marginal,and innovatively introduces the agglomeration factor to the base model.This paper uses the manufacturing export firms＇ data from 1999 to 2007 to inspect the impacts of different agglomeration forms（the specialized economy and diversified） to the trade binary expansion.We find that the export firm＇s agglomeration is overall beneficial to the dual expansion of trade,and specialized economy of agglomeration is more conducive to the intensive margin,diversified economy is more conducive to the extensive margin.At the same time,we also find that domestic export firm＇s agglomeration is more conducive to the extensive margin and the foreign export firm＇s agglomeration is more conducive to the intensive margin.The government should focus on the industry guidance on export cluster district and full play to the characteristics of the agglomeration economy,and win the dual trade advantage of binary marginal expansion of China＇s exports through the dual agglomeration advantage of the specialized economy and diversified economy.
