区域技术创新网络绩效评价:基于长三角、环渤海技术创新网络的三层次分析

Evaluation on Bohai Rim Regional Technical Innovation Network Performance:Based on Triple-level Analysis——Contrast with Yangtze River Delta Innovation Network

金融危机后随着新技术经济范式的兴起,区域创新更多呈现出网络化的特征。区域创新网络的运行绩效直接影响着区域创新资源能否有效整合并对产业发展形成支撑。本文从子体系、区域创新行为主体以及区域网络的创新能力三个层次入手,通过建立不同层面的创新能力绩效评估指标体系,来深入剖析区域创新网络的绩效,并对环渤海与长三角区域技术创新网络进行对比,由此揭示我国区域创新网络建设中存在的一些问题。

With the emerging of new techno-economy paradigm after financial crisis,regional innovation appears the trend of networking.The performance of regional innovation network affects directly if the regional innovation resources are effectively integrated and form the support for industrial development.This article builds a triple-level framework to evaluate the performances of regional innovation network by the aspects of sub-system,enterprises and regional innovation network.By the evaluation,many problems have been found in the process of Chinese regional innovation network building.
