本文着重论述国外系留气球载监视雷达系统的技术,发展现状及其应用。描述这种系统的各个组成部分,列表汇总了几种典型的陆基和舰基系留气球载监视雷达系统。并根据这种系统的特点,对我国发展系留气球载雷达提出一些建议。

This paper introduces emphatically the technology of oversea tethered balloon-borne surveillance radar system, its developmental status and applications,differends units of this system. Several typical tethered balloon-borne surveillanceradar systems on the ground-base and ship-ased are listed in the table. The somesuggestions about developing tethered balloon-borne surveillance radar systems inour country are proposed, basing upon this systematic properties.
