摘要
针对风电接入对电网可靠性指标,不能很好地评估其对系统的影响,文章综合考虑在可靠性指标、网络损耗和停电损失的约束基础上,提出了一种新的多目标函数。文章以广东某地区电网为例,基于DIgSILENT仿真软件建立了含多风电场的地区电网可靠性评估模型,分析了在不同风速、不同接入节点下,风电场对区域供电系统可靠性的影响,仿真结果为电网的安全运行和规划建设提供了一定的参考意义。
Because the traditional reliability indices are not effective to evaluate the effect of wind power integration on system performance, a new multi-objective function, which comprehensively considers the constraints such as reliability indices, network loss and power failure, is proposed. Taking a regional grid in Guangdong as an example, the reliability evaluation model is built using DIgSILENT. On this basis, the influences on reliability are analyzed at different wind speeds as well as different wind power integration points. The simulation result is reference for safe operation and planning of power grid.
