摘要
本文将特定区域内的创业活动活跃程度分为新创企业成长和社会人群创业倾向两个方面,进而将创业情境作为影响创业活动活跃程度的先决变量,研究开发了家庭情境、社会情境、商业情境、空间情境对于创业活动活跃程度的影响机制。本文搜集了来自于北京的239份新创企业样本以及500份社会人群样本的数据,回归模型的分析结果验证了本文的大部分假设。结果显示当我们从新创企业成长和社会人群创业倾向两个方面考察创业活动活跃程度时,不同层面的情境变量的角色和影响存在差异。基于上述分析,本文提供了区域层面鼓励和发展创业活动的可行措施。
This paper divides regional entrepreneurial activity into two parts-new venture growth and entrepreneurial intention of common people, and makes regional entrepreneurial context as the predetermined variable of regional entrepreneurial activity. It constructs the influence mechanism of family context, social context, business context and spatial context on regional entrepreneurial activity. This paper collects 239 samples of new ventures and 500 common people and the regression result proves most of the hypotheses in this paper. The result shows that when we explore the regional entrepreneurial activity from the two facets of new ventures and common people, different context has different role and influence. Based on the analysis above, this paper proposes some workable entrepreneurship-provoking measures at the regional level.
