企业新技术采纳的管理障碍分析——基于T公司的案例研究

摘要 利用田野调查获得的一手数据,研究了T公司新技术采纳的前端驱动因素。研究结果表明,新技术能否被使用是企业与技术间的互动结果,企业克服新技术进入的管理障碍是新技术能否被采纳的决定性因素;管理障碍体现在三个方面:(1)观念障碍,即迷恋原有技术、固步自封的观念阻碍知识和技术的更新;(2)认识障碍,即由于信息不对称造成的对新技术的认识障碍;(3)决策障碍,即基于企业本身的层结构,决策人本身的局限性是造成决策障碍的最大因素。研究发现,新技术的进入遵循"探索—学习—验证—再探索"的路径。 Based on field study and first hand data, this study explores the driving factors of new technology adoption based on a longitudinal case study of T Company. The results show that new technology adoption is the interaction outcomes between the company itself and technology, the decisive factor for new technology adoption depends on whether firm could overcome the management barriers during technology using period. Besides, there are three obstacles to conquer during new technology adoption process. Firstly, the cognitive obstacle caused by obsession on old-generation knowledge. Secondly, Lack of understanding to the new technology caused by informa- tion asymmetry. Thirdly, Managerial obstacle caused by organizational rigidity and decision dysfunction. Finally, we found that the entry of new technologies follow the path of Explore - Learning - Authentication - and Re-ex- plore
