知识溢出与创业——基于中国地区数据的研究

Knowledge Spillover and Entrepreneurship: A Study Based on Regional Data of China

创业活动已经被视为促进经济增长与转型的重要机制。但由于缺乏可靠的统计数据,对影响创业活跃程度的环境因素,特别是对创业与新知识生产的关系,还缺少实证的研究。利用中国经济普查中的地区数据,对影响创业活跃程度的因素进行了统计检验。在已有研究的基础上,建立了一个在地区层次上解释创业活动的模型,考虑了机会、资源与制度环境。发现R&D活动与创业活动的正向联系,支持"知识溢出创业"的理论,还发现了经济的市场化程度、金融活跃程度与创业活动的正向联系。并对这些结果的政策与理论意义进行了讨论。

Entrepreneurship has been seen as an tion. However, due to the difficulties in obtaining important mechanism of economic development and transforma- suitable data, there still lack of empirical examinations of envi- ronmental factors that influencing entrepreneurship. This article uses regional data from the Economic Census of China to examine factors that influencing regional activities of entrepreneurship. This article finds a positive rela- tion between R＆D and entrepreneurship, which supports the Knowledge Spillover Entrepreneurship theory. This ar- ticle also finds positive relations between economic freedom, activity of finance and entrepreneurship. The implica- tions for theory and policy of the results are discussed in this article too
