总结143例载瘤动脉闭塞治疗复杂性颅内动脉瘤的术中配合体会。护理重点包括:严格全身肝素化和控制性降压;球囊闭塞实验时仔细评价有无神经功能缺失症状;应用Onyx胶栓塞时注意血管内皮细胞的不良反应;早期发现、及时处理术中动脉瘤破裂、脑血管痉挛等并发症。高效率的手术配合,是颅内动脉瘤治疗成功的重要保证。

This paper summarizes the intraoperative care of 143 patients with complex intracranial aneurysms treated by parent artery occlusion. The key points in nursing were strict systemic heparinization and control of blood pressure,detection of neurological dysfunction during balloon occlusion test,monitoring the symptoms of vascular endothelial cell toxicity during administrating Onyx glue embolization,early detection and timely treatment of intraoperative aneurysm rupture of cerebral vasospasm and complications. It is suggested that high-efficiency intraoperative care is an important guarantee for the successful treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
