直肠癌前切除低位直肠吻合术患者自闭保护性肠造口的护理

Nursing care of patients with self-closing protective stoma following resection and colo-anal anastomosis for rectal carcinoma

总结376例自闭保护性造口应用在直肠癌前切除低位超低位直肠吻合术患者的护理。护理重点包括:严密观察病情,及时发现并发症,做好造口插管固定、饮食护理、并发症护理,指导患者正确使用造口袋,并做好出院指导和随访等工作,以确保治疗效果,促进康复。本组375例运用该术式避免了二次回纳手术,1例因吻合口漏导致腹膜炎,予再次手术治愈,无死亡病例。

This paper summarizes the nursing care of 376 patients with self-closing protective stoma following resection and colo-anal anastomosis for rectal carcinoma. The key points of nursing included intensive observation of patients＇ condition, early detection and treatment of complications, fixing the intubation of the stoma, diet guidance,patient education on the use of colostomy bags, discharge guidance and follow-up services. Only one patient suffered from peritonitis due to anastomotic leakage and was cured after a second surgery, and the other patients didn＇t have a second surgery.
