总结了9例黑斑息肉综合征患儿应用消化内镜金属夹诊治的护理。术前应用磷酸钠盐灌肠液清洁肠道；术后加强消化道穿孔、出血等并发症的观察和护理；认真做好出院指导和随访，警惕肠套叠或肠梗阻的发生。本组一次内镜下完成息肉摘除术7例。分次内镜下完成息肉摘除术2例，术后1个月内镜复查均取得满意的临床效果。随访2—36个月未发现息肉复发和恶变。

This paper summarizes the nursing care experience of 9 children with Peutz-Jeghers＇ syndrome underwent gastrointestinal endoscopic clipping. Sodium phosphates enemas were used for bowel cleansing prior to the surgery. After the surgical operations, the complications such as perforation and bleeding of gastrointestinal were observed carefully, and the patients were offered the nice guidance and follow-up to prevent the occurrence of intestinal intussusception and obstruction. In these children, study,7 and 2 underwent one time and multiple polypectomy respectively. All patients were confirmed to be clinically cured by the results of the endoscopic re-examination one month after the operations. No recurrence and progression were found in 2 to 36 months＇ follow-up.
