中文版职业生涯成功量表在三级甲等医院医护人员测量中的信效度研究 被引量:60

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version Career Success Scale among medical staff

摘要 目的检验中文版职业生涯成功量表在三级甲等医院医护人员职业生涯测量中的信度和效度。方法使用由严圣阳等翻译和检验的中文版职业生涯成功量表,对1051名三级甲等医院临床医生和护士进行调查,分析量表的信度和效度。结果中文版职业生涯成功量表总的Cronbach’sd系数为0.909,分量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.870~0.901;总量表重测信度为0.885;各维度内容效度均大于0.825且有统计学意义;各条目在所提取的相应公因子上的载荷值均大于0.766.因子分析提取的3个因子共解释总变异的77.27%。结论中文版职业生涯成功量表具有较高的信度和效度。可用于三级甲等医院临床医护人员职业生涯成功测量和研究。 Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version Career Success Scale among medical staff. Methods Totally 1051 clinical doctors and nurses were investigated with the Chinese version Career Success Scale. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested. Results The Cronbach's α of the total scale was 0.909 and the Cronbach's ct of subscales ranged from 0.870 to 0.901. The test-retest reliability was 0.885. The content validity of each subscale was all higher than 0.825. Factor analysis supported the three-factor structure of the original scale, which could explain 77.27% of the total variance and the factor load of each item was over 0.766. Conclusion The Chinese version Career Success Scale is a reliable and valid instrument. It can be used to measure the career success of medical staff in tertiary hospitals.
