摘要
通过图书馆开展新型智能化服务的案例分析,总结图书馆开展新型信息服务的基本模式——开放智慧服务中心。阐释开放智慧服务中心的基本内涵,并从数字图书馆三大要素出发,呈现出开放智慧服务中心的资源模式、技术模式和服务模式。图书馆作为开放智慧服务中心的综合服务模式,可以为图书馆阵地服务转型提供参考。
Based on cases of new intelligent services in libraries, this paper summarizes and analyses the basic model of new information service in libraries： open and intelligent service center. The paper states the basic meaning of the open and intelligent service center. And in view of the three elements of digital library, it points out the resource model, technical model and service model of this service center. The synthetical service model of open and intelligent service center in libraries can provide references for library space service transformation.
