Study on Strategies of Green Hotel Construction in Anhui Province in the Context of Low-carbon Economy

发展低碳经济,建设绿色饭店是当前饭店业必须承担的社会责任,也是饭店业发展的必然趋势。文章通过分析安徽省绿色饭店的建设现状、发展态势,探究安徽省绿色饭店的建设策略,提出加强宏观政策制定,发挥政府引导作用;积极树立绿色理念,培育绿色企业文化;落实培训机制,夯实绿色市场基础;完善科技创新机制,微观上全面推广,为实现安徽省饭店业的可持续发展寻求新的发展路径。

Developing low-carbon economy and constructing green hotel is not only the social responsibility that hotels shouhl bear but also an inevitable trend for the development of the hotel industry. Taking Anhui provinee as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and prospect of green hotel, explores the construction strategies of green hotel and proposes the consolidation of macrn-policy-making as well as the implementation of government guidance. The paper also positively estab- lishes green cnneept, cuhivates green enterprise culture, implements the training mechanism, reinforces green market toun- dation, and perfects technology innovation mechanism and spreads the concrete construction strategies in a micro level and finds a new way to development, so that the sustainable development of hotel industry, can be realized.
