摘要
实施持续创新,是企业提高市场竞争力和获得持续发展的必然途径。文章从持续创新的概念界定、持续创新模型、持续创新的影响因素、持续创新的绩效测度四个方面对国外相关研究文献进行了系统梳理和总结,详尽分析了现有研究存在的不足,最后指出持续创新理论未来的研究方向。
Implementation of continuous innovation is the necessary way for enterprises to improve market competitiveness and sustainable development. This paper systematically combs and summarizes the literature related to continuous innovation from four aspects, which are conception of continuous innovation, continuous innovation model, the influence factors of continu- ous innovation and continuous innovation performance measure. Then, the paper analyzes the inadequate of existing research in detail. Finally, the direction of further research on continuous innovation theory is put forward.
