直线过渡的刀具半径补偿原理及算法

摘要 在轮廓加工过程中,刀具半径补偿目的就是考虑刀具半径在加工中对实际工件轮廓的影响,将程编轨迹转化为刀具中心轨迹。目前,数控系统中实现刀具半径补偿的方法常采用直线过渡。本文对四种不同情况的补偿算法(即:直线—直线;直线—圆弧、圆弧—圆弧、圆弧—直线)中的后三种情况的转接算法迸行了概略分析。叙述了圆与直线或圆弧与圆弧相转接的补偿算法。对采用直线过渡方法进行刀具半径补偿时,建立刀具补偿或撤销刀具半径的算法作了说明。 In the process of work of part contours, the purpose of cutter radius compensation is to transform tool programmed path into center path of cutter,in consideration of effect of cutter radius upon practic part contours in work. Atpresent, method of cutter radius compensation in numerical control system isusually to use linear transition. This paper analyzed the latest three adapteralgorithms among the different four compensation algorithms (i. e. straight line tostraight line, straight line to circular radian, circular radian to circular radian,circular radian to straight line). Adapter compensated algorithms between circularand straight or circular radian and circular radian are described. Algorthm of toolcompensation or cancel tool compensation is explained when cutter radius compen-sation uses linear transition method.
