An Integer DEA Model Which Considering Environment Efficiency

经典的DEA模型的投入产出变量均为连续变量,但现实中投入产出并不能保证连续,这就需要对DEA模型的整数方向进行拓展.在考虑环境效率变化的时候,发现治污设备的台数,产品的数量同样存在整数特性,所以建立考虑环境效率的MOISBM模型,并对中国30个省市的环境效率值进行测定,模型证明与实证结果均表明模型具有稳定性和有效性.

The input-output variables of the classic DEA model are continuous variable, but in reality we can＇t ensure the input-output variables continuous, we need to develop DEA model into integer. When environmental efficiency changes, we find that the number of anti- pollution equipment or the number of products also have integer characteristics, so this paper set up the MOISBM model which consider the environmental efficiency. And we evaluate the environmental etficiency of 30 provinces and cities of China. Finally, the proof and the results all show that the model is stability and efficiency.
