This paper solved 2012 National Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Contest A by fuzzy cluster and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The relationship between the quality of red wine and red grape is evaluated, the classification of red grape is given by the quality of red wine and physicochemical index of red grape. It shows that the quality of wine can be evaluated by the physicochemical indexes of grapes and wine.
