The Classification and Evaluation of Wine by Fuzzy Mathematics

摘要 运用模糊聚类和模糊综合评判法解决了2012年全国大学生数学建模赛题A,评价了红葡萄酒和红葡萄质量之间的关系,通过红葡萄酒的质量和酿酒葡萄的理化指标实现了对红葡萄的分级,说明了可以用葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标来评价葡萄酒的质量. This paper solved 2012 National Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Contest A by fuzzy cluster and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The relationship between the quality of red wine and red grape is evaluated, the classification of red grape is given by the quality of red wine and physicochemical index of red grape. It shows that the quality of wine can be evaluated by the physicochemical indexes of grapes and wine.
