The Model of Persistent Risk Assessment in the Telecommunications Industry Business Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 随着信息技术的不断发展,电信行业信息系统稳定运行的影响因素越来越复杂,这也为电信企业业务运转的持续性埋下了巨大的风险隐患,甚至造成难以弥补的损失.针对电信行业业务持续性特点和影响因素进行分析,并在此基础上对电信行业业务持续性进行了风险评估方面的研究,并建立了风险预测模型.最后提出研究成果对电信行业业务持续性规划方面的实际价值. With the continuous development of Information Technology, the influencing fac- tors on stable operation of the information system in the telecommunications industry are increasingly complex. It contains huge potential risks for persistent operation in the telecom- munications industry business, and even cause enormous losses. As described in this paper, we investigate continuous characteristics and influencing factors in the telecommunications industry business. We perform an analysis of risk assessment for the telecommunications industry business persistence, and devise the model of risk prediction. Finally, propose the actual value of the results of this study on the business continuity planning of telecommunim cations industry.
