摘要
试验旨在探讨急性热应激对鹅血清生化指标、相关激素及酶的影响。选取60只8周龄籽鹅,随机分成6组,每组10只,A组置于(22±1)℃环境温度中,B、C、D、E、F组分别施予2、4、6、8 h和10 h(40±1)℃的急性热应激处理。处理结束后全部屠宰采血,测定总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、葡萄糖(Glu)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、胰岛素(INS)、皮质醇(COR)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)水平。结果表明:急性热应激处理下,血清ALB、TG、ALP、INS、T3、T4的水平均随热应激时间延长显著降低(P<0.05),而Glu、LDH、CK、GPT和COR水平则显著升高(P<0.05),TP和CHO的浓度未发生显著性变化(P>0.05),热应激处理不同时间段,上述指标响应规律存在显著差异。
The experiment was conducted to reveal the effects of acute heat stress on the blood parameters and relative hormone of goose. A total of 60 Zi goose at 8 weeks age were divided into 6 groups, with 10 goose each group. Group A were fed in 22±1℃, group B, C, D, E, F were subjected 40℃±1℃ acute heat stress for 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10h, respectively. All the gooses were slaughtered at the end of heat stress treatment, blood samples were used to measure the level of TP, ALB, TG, CHO, Glu, LDH, ALP, CK, PT, INS, COR, T3 and T4. The results indicated that with the heat stress time extension, the serum concentration of ALB, TG, ALP, INS, T3 and T4 decreased (P〈0.05), however, the serum Glu, LDH, CK, GPT and COR level increase significantly (P〈0.05), the TP and CHO didn't appear significant change. The responses of these parameters varied from the different periods of acute heat stress.
