摘要
简单地介绍了超声波焊接的原理,分析了聚酰胺(PA)材料继电器壳体超声波焊接的焊接性。实践证明:采用合理的焊接工艺,可以得到较为满意的继电器壳体的超声波焊接接头。
The ultrasonic welding principles were briefly introduced, and the welding property of ultrasonic plastic weld of PA relay shell was analyzed. The practice proves that the satisfactory ultrasonic welding joint of relay shell is obtained by using reasonable welding technology.
