投入巨资建设的农村饮用水工程,如何通过长效管理,实现长久、稳定、安全运行,已成为各级政府、部门亟须解决的问题。介绍了浙江省农村饮用水工程长效管理达标考核工作开展情况,总结3年长效管理达标考核工作成效,提出农村饮用水工程长效管理考核中遇到的问题和解决措施,为农村饮用水工程长效管理工作提供借鉴。

One emerging issue faced by governments at all levels is how to ensure long-term benefit generation, and stable and safe operation of safe. drinking water supply projects that involve with huge investments. Performance evaluation for benefit generation of safe drinking water supply project in rural areas in Zhejiang Province is introduced. Achievements made in the last three years are summarized. Illustration is made on the challenges encountered during performance evaluation as well as relevant measures for solving the problem, which could be referenced by similar projects in other areas.
