在调研分析农村饮水安全工程建后运行管理情况的基础上,围绕建立县级专管机构、出台运行管理办法、落实维修基金制度等工作要求,从管理体制、运行机制、项目审批、竣工验收等方面提出推动措施,探索确保农村饮水安全工程效益长久发挥的手段。

After survey and investigation were made on operation and maintenance （O＆M） of safe drinking water supply project in rural areas, new measures for the establishment of specific organization at the county level, promulgation of operation and management stipulations and settle down O＆M funds are raised in the aspects of management system, operation mechanism, project appraisal, check and acceptance. Approaches for ensuring long-term benefits of safe drinking water supply projects are exrfloited.
