摘要
以江苏红蜻蜓油脂有限责任公司为例,通过总结、分析和评价取用地下水资源建设项目实施后的绩效及其对取水退水的影响、节水减排效益,得出了地下水资源论证后评估的结论,为进一步规范地下水资源的开发利用行为提供重要参考依据,为推广建设项目水资源论证后评估工作积累经验,对保护地下水资源、改善水文地质环境、保障地下水资源可持续利用具有一定的借鉴意义。
The example of Jiangsu Hongqingting Oil Co, Ltd is used to evaluate and assess the efficiency of groundwater source project, impact caused by groundwater withdrawal and returned water, and benefits of water saving and energy reduction. The result may be referenced for further regulation of behavior in groundwater development and utilization. It can also be used as demonstration for post evaluation of groundwater source project, and of great significance to groundwater protection, hydrological environment improvement and sustainable utilization of aroundwater resources.
