数字档案资源体系的语义互操作实现研究

语义互操作是数字档案资源体系建设面临的现实问题。本文在分析数字档案资源体系语义异构问题的基础上,探讨了推进数字档案资源体系语义互操作的意义,进而根据档案资源体系建设需求,设计了数字档案资源体系语义互操作实现框架,最后对语义互操作实现所涉及的档案领域本体建设、档案信息组织标准与规范的执行以及档案资源开放互联等关键内容展开了探讨。

Semantic interoperability is the realistic problem for the construction of digital archives re- source system. Based on the analysis of these semantic isomerical problems on the of digital archives re- source system, this paper discusses the significance about digital archives information semantic interoper- ability, and then according to the construction of archival resources system requirements, this paper designs the semantic system of digital archives resources interoperability framework and its semantic retrieval pro- cess. Lastly, this paper discusses these major contents in the field, such as the domain ontology construc- tion, standard and norms, archives opening and interconnection.
