美国档案工作应对社交媒体的策略

社交媒体借助Web2.0平台迅速发展,并正在逐步改变包括传媒、电商等各个领域、各个行业的发展方式,成为一种新兴的趋势和工具。美国国家档案与文件署从档案文件管理行业的视角积极应对,提出了社交媒体战略,出台了《Web2.0背景下社交媒体平台文件管理指南》,积极倡导社交媒体在档案工作中的应用;美国国家档案馆开通多种官方社交媒体,促进档案信息的传播与利用;还在档案馆网站上开辟更多社交媒体板块,创新档案工作的形式。这些对我国档案工作的发展创新都具有一定的借鉴意义。

Social media, based on Web2.0 platform, is developing rapidly. Therefore, it has become a new trend and tool, gradually changing the development mode including media, E-commerce and so on. From the perspective of archive management industry, the United States National Archives and Records Ad- ministration respond actively. As a result, NARA came up with the social media strategy and issued the ＂ Guidance on Managing Records in Web 2.0/Social Media Platforms＂ in order to advocate the application of social media in the archive work. Moreover, the United States National Archives opens a variety of official social media platform in order to promote and make use of archive information. In addition, it creates more content related to social media on its own website in order to innovate the form of archive work. All these above exert great influence on the development and innovation of the archive work in our country.
