摘要
直流输电系统的可靠性对电网的运行可靠性起着越来越重要的影响。文中综合考虑直流输电系统可靠性数据的来源、可靠性指标的选取、直流输电系统的选取3方面因素,提出了直流输电系统可靠性指标的对比分析原则。基于该原则,对2009—2010年国内外直流输电系统主要可靠性指标进行了对比分析;指出了导致可靠性指标差异的原因;提出了进一步改善可靠性指标的措施和建议。对比分析结果为提升直流输电系统的运维工作水平提供了一定的参考信息和决策依据。
Reliability of HVDC power transmission systems play more and more important role in operational reliability of power grids. Three factors, such as the source of reliability data of HVDC power transmission system, the selection of reliability indices and the selection of HVDC power transmission systems, are considered, and a contrastive analysis principle for the reliability indices of HVDC power transmission system is proposed. Based on the proposed principle, the contrastive analysis on the main reliability indices of HVDC power transmission systems home and abroad form 2009 to 2010 is performed; the reasons leading to the differences of reliability indices are pointed out; the measures and suggestions on further improving reliability indices are put forward. Results of the contrastive analysis are available for reference to the enhancement of operation and maintenance level of HVDC power transmission system.
