集中智能与分布智能协调配合的配电网故障处理模式 被引量:81

摘要 为提高配电网故障处理性能,对继电保护配合、自动重合闸控制、备自投控制、重合器与电压时间型分段器配合方式、合闸速断方式、邻域交互快速自愈方式以及集中智能配电自动化系统的故障处理性能进行了比较,提出了集中智能和分布智能协调控制策略:当故障发生后首先发挥分布智能方式故障处理速度快且可靠性高的优点,迅速切除故障并自动将故障粗略隔离在一定范围;当配电自动化系统将故障信息收集齐全后,再发挥集中智能处理方式精细优化、容错性和自适应性强的优点,由配电自动化系统进行故障精细定位和优化控制,将故障进一步隔离在更小范围、恢复更多负荷供电。给出了各种故障处理方式的配置原则,指出集中智能和分布智能协调配合能够相互取长补短,从而提高故障处理的性能。 The fault handling performances of following approaches, namely the coordination among protective relaying devices, the control of automatic reclosing, the control of spare power automatic switching, the coordination of recloser with voltage-time based sectionalizers, the control of recloser and instantaneous protection mode, the neighborhood-based interactive fast self-healing mode and the fault handling performance of centralized intelligent distribution automation system (DAS), are compared. On this basis a fault location and service restoration strategy for distribution networks based on coordination of centralized intelligence and distributed intelligence is proposed, that is, when fault occurs in distribution network, firstly the advantages of distributed intelligence-based devices play a part in clearing the fault and roughly isolating the faulted section immediately, and then after total fault information is collected, the advantages of centralized intelligence-based fault handling such as refined and optimized processing, strong fault tolerance and adaptability play a part, thus DAS accurately locates the fault position and implements the optimized control to finely isolate the fault section and the service restoration is recovered as many as possible. Configuration principles for various faults handling patterns are given, and it is pointed out that the coordination of centralized intelligence with distributed intelligence can draw on each other's strength, thus the performance of fault handling can be enhanced.
