掌振法舒筋活络力学效应研究及时效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察掌振法振腹舒筋活络的力学效应,探讨掌振法对人体刺激操作的最佳时间。方法:采集90 s,3min和5 min内,手法空白组、手法空置组、振动组、初学者组、熟练组和专家组干预前后腹部肌张力值。比较各组不同时间段力学效应的差异。结果:90 s,3 min和5 min内,初学者组,熟练组和专家组力学效应同手法空白组,手法空置组力学效应相比有显著差别(P<0.05)。初学者组,熟练组和专家组力学效应3 min内,与90 s和5 min各组力学效应相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:掌振法可以有效的降低肌张力,掌振法舒筋活络的最佳操作时间为3 min。 Objective : To observe the mechanical effect on human body of vibration therapy and the best operation time. Meth- ods:abdominal muscle tone value in 90 s,3 min and 5 rain, practices blank group, group of tactics vacant, vibration group, begin-ners group, collected skilled groups and expert intervention group was compared before and after treatment. The differences of each group of different time periods were compared. Results : Within 90 s,3 min and 5 min, beginners group, skilled groups and expert group had significant difference compared to the tactics vacant group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Within 3 rain, the beginners group, skilled groups and expert group had significant difference compared with groups within 90 s and 5 min ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: Vibration therapy can effectively reduce muscle tension and the optimal operating time of vibration therapy is 3 min.
