补虚活血法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床试验的系统评价

Meta - analysis on Clinical Trails of Deficiency - tonifying and Blood-activating Method in Treatment of COPD in Stable Stage

目的:系统评价以补虚活血法为主治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的疗效及安全性。方法:全面收集国内有关以补虚活血法为主的中药治疗COPD稳定期的临床随机或半随机对照试验研究文献,采用Meta分析方法综合统计相关数据,系统评价以补虚活血法为主治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的疗效及安全性。结果:共包括864例受试者的文献11篇。补虚活血法为主中药改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能优于单纯西药治疗,治疗总有效率高于单纯医药治疗。无不良反应报道。结论:鉴于文献质量普遍较低,本研究仅认为补虚活血法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果不弱于单纯西药治疗,无明显不良反应。中医药临床研究方法有待进一步提高。

Objective ： To systematically evaluate the efficiency and safety of tonifying the deficiency and activating blood circu-lation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods ： The clinical randomized or quasi-randomized controlled trials by tonifying the deficiency and activating blood circulation of the treatment for COPD in stable phrase were comprehensively col-lected. Meta-analysis method was used to get statistical data about the systematic evaluation in the efficacy and safety of tonifying the deficiency and activating blood circulation with COPD. Results ： 11 literatures were included with 864 subjects. Compared with the controlled group, the experimental group could improve patients lung function. The general effective rate was better. No side-effects and untoward reactions were reported. Conclusion ：The efficiency of tonifying the deficiency and activating blood circulation method could only be considered as not inferior to the western conventional therapy because of the generally low quality of these literatures collected in this review, the methodology quality of TCM clinical trials need to be improved.
