生精汤治疗少弱精子不育症疗效观察

Effect Observation of Shengjing Decoction on Little Weak Sperm Sterility

目的:探讨生精汤治疗少弱精子不育症疗效及作用机制。方法:将117例少弱精子不育症患者随机分为两组,治疗组58例,采用中药生精汤治疗,对照组59例口服中成药五子衍宗丸治疗。治疗前后对患者进行综合疗效评价,观察有无妊娠;精液质量检查和血睾酮数值(T)。结果:治疗组临床痊愈4例、显效26例、有效14例、无效14例,总有效率75.86%;对照组临床痊愈2例、显效17例、有效14例、无效26例,总有效率55.93%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药生精汤治疗达到预期疗效。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Shengjing Decoction on little weak sperm sterility and to study the mechanism. Methods ： 117 patients of little weak sperm sterility were divided into 2 groups. One group took Shengjing Decoction, while the other took Wuzi Yanzong Pills. The comprehensive evaluation of each group＇s curative effect was carried on,and the result of pregnancy was observed. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.86%, which was much higher than the total effective rate of the control group （55.93 % ）. Conclusion：Shengjing Decoction has expected effect.
