中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证临床研究

Integrative Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Acute Exacerbation

目的:探讨中西医结合方法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期痰热郁肺证的临床疗效。方法:选择本院收治的COPD急性加重期痰热郁肺证80例患者作为研究对象,其中,观察组40例患者采用中西医结合方法进行治疗,对照组40例患者采用常规西医方法治疗,比较两种患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且,观察组患者的PaO2、PaCO2指标的改善情况也明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗COPD急性加重期痰热郁肺证可弥补西医单一药物治疗的不足,其安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）with acute exacerbation. Methods：80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into two groups, including observed group of 40 patients with integrative medicine for treatment and control group of 40 patients with conventional Western medicine treatment. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the PaO2, PaCO2 of the observation group were also significantly improved than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Integrative treatment of chronic obstructive pul- monary disease with acute exacerbation has a very good effect,which is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of wider promotion and application.
