HPLC法测定冠心丸中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Salvianolic Acid B of Guanxin Pills by HPLC

目的：研究完善冠心丸的质量标准。方法：HPLC法测定制剂中丹酚酸B的含量。采用WatersC18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm.5μm）;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水（28.5∶9.5∶1∶61）,流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长：286nm.柱温30℃。进样量为10μL。结果：丹酚酸B的线性范围分别为0.02475～0.7425μg（r=0.9998）,回收率为99.2%（RSD=0.34%,n=6）。结论：所建方法简单、可靠,可作为冠心丸的质量控制标准。

Objective：To establish a method for the quality standard of Guanxin Pills. Methods：The HPLC method was estab- lished for the determination of Salvianolic acid B in Guanxin Pills. Waters a C18 analytical column （250 mm × 4.6 mm 5 μm）with methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water（28.5： 9.5：1：61 ）was as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · rain-1 and the detection wavelength of 286 nm, column temperature 30 ℃, sample size 10 μL. Results： The linear response range was 0. 02475 - 0. 7425 μg（ r = 0. 9998 ） and average recovery was 99.2% （ RSD = 0.34%, n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is conven-ient. reliable and suitable for quality assessment of Guanxin Pills.
