HPLC法测定更年安片中大黄素含量

Determination of Emodin in Gengnian'an Pills by HPLC

目的：利用HPLC法对更年安片中大黄素的含量进行测定。方法：采用HPLC法,DiamonsilC18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇：0.05%磷酸溶液（72：28,v/v）,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果：大黄素在0.2574～2.574μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9996）。大黄素平均回收率分别为98.1%,RSD为0.86%。结论：本方法简单、可靠、准确,可用于更年安片的质量控制。

Objective：A HPLC-UV method was established to determine Emodin in Gengnian＇an Pills. Methods：Chromato- graphic separation was achieved on a Diamonsil C18 column,250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 p.m. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0. 05% phosphoric acid solution（72：28,v/v） at a flow - rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The ultraviolet detector operated at 254 nm. Results：Linear calibration curves were obtained over the concentration range of 0. 2018μg - 2. 018 μg for Emodin （r = 0. 9997）. The average recovery rate was 98.1% with RSD of 0.84%. Conclusion ： The method is simple, reliabe, accurate and it could be used in the determination of puerarin in Gengnian＇an Pills.
