眼针配合雷火灸治疗脑梗死后尿失禁临床研究

Eye Acupuncture Combined with Thunder Fire Moxibustion in Treatment of Post - Stroke Urinary Incontinence

目的:观察眼针配合雷火灸治疗中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:将66例中风后尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组32例。治疗组采用眼针加雷火灸治疗,对照组口服金匮肾气丸治疗。2个疗程后比较两组患者膀胱最大容量。结果:两组患者治疗后膀胱最大容量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:眼针配合雷火灸可以提高中风后尿失禁患者的临床疗效,且优于单纯针刺。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of eye-acupuncture combined with thunder fire wonder moxibustion in treating post-stroke urinary incontinence. Methods：Sixty-four patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence were randomly alloca-ted to a treatment group of 34 cases and a control group of 32 cases. The treatment group received eye acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion and the control group took traditional Chinese medicine （ Jingui Sheruti Pill） alone. Maximal bladder ca-pacities were compared between the two groups of patients after two courses of treatment. Results ： There was a statistically signifi-cant post - treatment difference in maximal bladder capacity between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Eye acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in treating post - stroke urinary incontinence can clinically improve the therapeutic effect. Its effect is superior to that of taking medicine alone.
