中医养生教育护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏功能及生活质量的影响

Effect Observation and Analysis on Health Education for Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Cardiac Function and Quality of Life

目的:评价中医养生教育对慢性心力衰竭患者疾病知识水平、心脏功能、生活治疗等情况的临床护理效果。方法:选取贵州省中医院的慢性心力衰竭患者80例,按照分段随机分组的原则分为对照组和养生教育组,其中对照组40例,养生教育组40例。养生教育组除接受医护人员给予的一般健康指导外,还由研究者对患者实施中医养生教育:内容包括慢性心衰的基本知识、中医养生基本知识、慢性心衰的中医相关知识、慢性心衰的中医养生方式及具体内容。规范养生教育持续时间为1年,对数据进行统计学分析。对照组按照护理常规实施护理教育或向对照组患者进行不规律的健康教育,以满足患者的疑问以及需求为目的。在患者出院时进行问卷调查。最后将养生教育组和对照组问卷调查结果进行比较。同时养生教育组还进行自身对照。结果:共对80例患者完成全部资料的收集。研究结果显示,进行中医养生教育的养生教育组患者较对照组而言,疾病知识水平得到明显提高(P<0.01);心脏功能显著提高(P<0.01);生活质量得到改善(P<0.01)。

Objective ： To evaluate the standard of traditional Chinese medicine health education on patients with chronic heart failure knowledge level about the disease, cardiac function, such as life treatment clinical nursing effect. Methods：80 patients with chronic heart failure in Guizhou Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in accordance with the segmented principles, were randomly divided into the control group and the health education group,40 cases in each group. Health education group in addition to healthcare professionals were given general health guidance, also by researchers to implement health education in pa- tients with chronic heart failure,including the basic knowledge, basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine ,TCM knowledge with chronic heart failure, chronic heart failure with TCM methods and contents. Standard health education lasted for 1 year, and statistical analysis was carried on. In control group, routine nursing education or not regular health education was given, to meet the needs of patients and the demand for the purpose of doubt. In patients discharged from hospital, the questionnaire survey was car- ried on. The health education group and control group were compared results of questionnaire survey. At the same time health edu-cation group also performed their own control. Results ： A total of 80 patients had complete data collection. The results showed, for patients in Chinese health education group, the health knowledge level was significantly improved（ P 〈 0. 01 ） ;cardiac function was improved significantly（ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; and quality of life was improved（ P 〈 0. 01 ）.
