异位Ⅰ号方对EMs大鼠模型血液流变学指标及TNF-α、VEGF的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨异位Ⅰ号方对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)模型大鼠血液流变学指标、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化的影响。方法:60只雌性大鼠随机取8只为正常对照组,其余以腹腔内子宫内膜自体移植法进行EMs造模,测定EMs大鼠模型经异位Ⅰ号方治疗前后血液流变学指标及TNF-α及VEGF水平。结果:EMs模型组大鼠全血黏度、全血还原黏度以及红细胞聚集指数均高于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);经异位Ⅰ号方25g·kg-1·d-1治疗4周后,全血黏度、全血还原黏度(中切、高切)较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。EMs模型组大鼠TNF-α、VEGF水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01);异位Ⅰ号方组治疗后TNF-α水平、VEGF水平均较模型组有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:异位Ⅰ号方可以调节EMs大鼠模型病理状态,对调整血液流变学指标及TNF-α、VEGF有较好的效果,是治疗EMs的有效方剂。 Objective : To investigate effect of hemorheology, TNF - α and VEGF of endometriosis SD rats model treating by Yi- wei I Prescription. Methods : Firstly, 60 female SD rats were divided into no-treatment control group (8 SD rats) and experimental group(52 SD rats, by the method of endometrium autologous transplantation). Secondly, the changes of hemorheology, TNF-α and VEGF before and after were determined by using Yiwei I Prescription. Results:Before treating by Yiwei Ⅰ Prescription, whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity,red cell assembling index, TNF-α and VEGF of experimental group were higher than those of control group (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. O1 ). After treating for four weeks, whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced vis-cosity, TNF-α and VEGF were reduced(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Yiwei I Prescription can effectively adjust the pathology condi-tion of EMs SD rat model by reducing the higher hemorheology,TNF-α and VEGF.
