摘要
采用内容分析法,以1999-2011年间"优秀博士学位论文"指导教师发表的有关导师指导研究生的文献为样本,在Kram导师指导职能模型的基础上,提炼总结了优博导师的指导经验和方法,建构研究生导师指导职能模型,提炼导师指导的关键要素。研究结论将为导师指导研究生提供借鉴参考,为研究生培养单位的导师培训和导师测评工作提供思路。
Based on the articles related with the mentors of students who got the Excellent doctoral dissertations during 1999-2011, this research concluded the mentoring experience and methods of these mentors and builded a mentoring model based on the mentoring model by Kram, using the content analysis. The results of this study would provide the mentors with more sights about cultivating students and the graduate schools with more methods.
