以某地块住宅为例,介绍预制构件的使用部位及种类,并从对主体结构的影响,内力计算以及与主体结构的连接计算等方面分析论证在住宅局部采用预制构件的可行性,并指出施工中应注意的问题。

This paper uses a residence as an example,introduces the prefabricated types and species,and discusses the feasibility of residence uses prefabricated partially by the influence of prefabricated components on the main structure,the internal force calculation of prefabricated itself and prefabricated components and the main structure of the cormection calculation etc. Points out the matters needing attention in the construction of prefabricated parts.
