This paper analyzes the common problems and corresponding solutions of few excavation examples.It includes the pit emergency reinforcement measures of supporting structure with local overall slip in deep silt layer;the measurement to reduce water and sand gushing during the anchor into the hole of the prestress that below the water table and deep in the sand;analysis and solution of the diaphragm wall of the basement wall that introversion exposed tendons,for reference.
