Integrated Evaluation Method for Reliability,Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Distribution Transformer Based on Life Cycle Theory

摘要 对配电变压器的可靠性和节能减排综合评估进行研究,以全寿命周期成本理论为基础,提出变压器可靠性和节能减排综合评估方法。以SH15型非晶合金变压器替换S9型硅钢变压器为例,计算可靠性、运行能耗、排放和综合能效费用指标。以Eclipse为开发环境设计了基于B/S模式的综合评估系统,为变压器更新换代的可靠性和节能减排综合评估提供理论和平台支持。 Based on the theory of life cycle cost, this paper presents the comprehensive evaluation method for the reli- ability, energy saving and emission reduction of distribution transformer. On the example of replacing $9 silicon trans- former with SH15 amorphous alloy transformer, some indicators are calculated , i.e. reliability, operation energy consumption, emission and total owning cost (TOC). An integrated estimation system based on B/S mode is designed under Eclipse development environment, with a view to providing a theoretical and platform support for the compre- hensive evaluation of reliability, energy saving and emission reduction of distribution transformer renewal.
