摘要 论述了现行的10 kV配电网综合不停电作业中旁路柔性电缆的通过电缆连接器互联金属护套和旁路负荷开关(环网柜)等设备金属外壳实现保护接地的方法,分析了旁路系统在运行时旁路柔性电缆金属护层出线的环流和感应电动势大小,为保证作业安全和提高设备使用寿命,提出了旁路柔性电缆金属护套的采用一端接地,另一端加装护层保护器;或采用中间接地,两端加装护层保护器的方式。对旁路柔性电缆快速插拔式终端提出了改进措施。 This paper discusses the current protective earthing method for the bypass flexible cable during non-black- out working on lOkV distribution network, which is implemented through the interlinked metal sheaths of cable con- nectors and the metal cases of such equipments such as by-pass load switches (Ring Main Unit). After analyzing the outlet loop current and induced electromotive force of the metal sheath of the bypass flexible cable, this research makes some suggestions to ensure the operation safety and improve the service life of the equipments, i.e. one end of metal sheath is grounded directly, while the other end is fitted with protector; or the middle grounded directly, while both ends fitted with protectors. Finally, improvement measures are proposed for the quick plug-in terminal of bypass flexible cable.
