摘要
分析了可使用的换热器的四种可能形式:回转式、管壳式、热管式、水媒式;结合某典型1 000 MW超超临界燃煤发电机组锅炉实际数据,在传热特性、传热面积、占烟道空间、金属耗量、流动阻力等方面对各种类型前置式空气预热进行总结比较和综合优选。
This paper makes in-depth analysis of four applicable types of front-loading air heat exchanger: rotary type, shell and tube type, heat pipe type and water medium type. In combination with actual data of a typical IO00MW U1 tra-supercritical coal-fired power station boiler, this paper makes comprehensive comparison and optimal selection among the various types of front-loading air heat exchanger in terms of heat-transfer characteristics, heat exchanger surface, flue space, metal consumption, flow resistance, etc.
