摘要
对某型核电常规岛给水泵流道入口流场部分建立三维模型,在ANSYS12.0平台上采用CFX模块数值计算。研究结果表明:原设计叶轮型线出口处速度分布较不均匀,提出采用改变叶轮过流段分布和调整叶轮过流部角度这两种方式提升流道入口水力性能,其中,采用调整过流段入口角度的方式进行优化设计在很大程度上可以提高出口处速度均匀性,从而提高泵体的整体水力性能。
The three-dimensional model was built for the flow channel inlet of a nuclear power conventional island feed-water pump, and numerical calculation of CFX module was made on ANSYS 12.0 platform. The research results show that velocity distribution is uneven at the originally designed impeller outlet. Therefore, it is proposed to change impeller flow segment distribution and adjust the impeller flow segment angle, the two methods to improve hydraulic performance of flow channel inlet. Particularly, the method to adjust the flow segment inlet angle in optimization de- sign can greatly improve the velocity uniformity at the outlet, so as to enhance the whole pump hydraulic performance.
