摘要
产业融合促进产业结构优化升级,而技术融合引发产业融合,电子信息产业的迅速发展加快了产业融合。本研究以电子信息业与制造业技术融合为例,利用专利系数法对中国电子信息业与制造业技术融合度进行了测算;运用灰色关联系数法分析了技术融合与产业结构优化升级的关联关系,得出了我国电子信息产业与制造业的技术融合度处于中等融合程度、技术融合对产业结构优化升级有较大影响的结论。因此,政府应通过鼓励技术创新来促进产业融合、推动产业结构优化升级;同时还应放松管制,提供宽松的宏观环境。
Industry convergence promotes industrial structure upgrade while technical convergence triggers industry convergence and the rapid development of electronic information industry accelerates industry convergence. Taking technical convergence between electronic information industry and manufacturing industry as an example, we first uses the patent coefficient method to measure the convergent degree between China' s electronic information industry and manufacturing industry and then applies the grey correlation coefficient method to analyze the association between technical convergence and industrial structure up- grade. The conclusions are: China' s electronic information industry and manufacturing industry are in medium technical convergent degree, and technical convergence has a great influence on industrial structure upgrade. At last, it puts forward that the government should encourage technical innovations to promote industry convergence and industrial structure upgrade, and loosen its grip to provide a supportive environment at the same time.
