组织领导研究新视角——群际领导概念和模型

摘要 群际领导是对组织内群体间合作的领导能力。传统意义上的领导研究侧重面向个体或一个群体,群际领导是对群体集合的关注,是从群际关系发展而来的一个新的领导理论研究角度。本文在回顾已有文献基础上,区分了群际领导和相关概念间的差异,对群际领导作出了定义并介绍了其产生的理论基础;明确了群际领导的衡量指标,并对其前因、中介和调节变量进行归纳。在此基础上,构建了群际领导的研究模型,总结了提高群际领导有效性的基本策略,最后指出未来研究方向。 Intergroup leadership is the leadership of intergroup cooperation in organizations. The objects of traditional researches on leadership are usually individuals or one group. Intergroup focuses on groups, which is a new perspective on leadership researches developing from intergroup relationship. This paper distinguishes the differences between the concept of intergroup leadership and related concepts, defines intergroup leadership and introduces its theoretical basis. Then, the paper general- izes the measurable indicators, antecedents, mediators and moderators to build the research model of intergroup leadership. It also provides advices to improve the effectiveness of intergroup leadership and finally points out the direction for future researches.
