推进浙江新型城市化的路径与对策

作为改革开放后中国经济发展最具活力的区域之一,浙江城市化进程较为迅速。但总体而言,浙江城市化发展走的是粗放式、外延式扩张的路子。在"十二五"规划纲要中,浙江进一步把深入实施新型城市化战略作为经济社会发展的主要目标之一。对浙江而言,走新型城市化意义重大,其具体路径主要有:加快城市群和都市圈建设,发挥其在区域经济中的龙头作用;加速县域城市化,积极培育中心镇和小城市;积极建设社会主义新农村和美丽乡村。最后,就浙江如何加快走新型城市化道路提出了若干对策建议。

As one of the most dynamic economic development zones after the reform and opening up of China, Zhejiang has had a rapid urbanization. But overall, the development of Zhejiang went through a way of extensive expansion. In the blueprint for the 12ts Five - Year Plan, Zhejiang government took the strategy of further implementing new urbanization as one of the major targets for economic and social development. In the case of Zhejiang, it is of great significance to have a new urbanization, in the paths of speeding up the construction of city groups and metropolis circles and playing its leading role in regional economy; accelerating the county cities and actively cultivating center towns and small cities; and actively building a new socialist countryside and beautiful villages. Finally, the writer puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of how to speed up new urbanization.
