非人类存在对于人类来说,除了有工具价值外,还有其自身的内在价值。因而,我们应当尊重非人类存在的道德主体地位,保护其生存和发展的主体性;同时,我们还应当从法律上给予非人类存在法律主体地位,保障其存在的主体地位。

For human beings, as we all know, non- human- beings not only have instrumental value, but also they have intrinsic value of themselves. Therefore, since the non - human - beings have intrinsic value of themselves, we should respect their moral principal position and protect their survival and de- velopment of subjectivity; at the same time, they should be given legal subject status and we should pro- tect the subjective status of its existence.
