As the higher education is accessible to the majority of young people, it imposes new situa- tion and new requirement for the ideological and moral education and teaching for college students to those educators who need to follow the socialist core value system and also regard the quality of the tal- ents as the essence to perfect the content creativity of the education and teaching under the new situa- tion, to take the behavior and moral cultivation as the guidance to strengthen the practice creativity of the education and teaching, and to consider students＂ growth and well - being as the aim to optimize the framework creativity of the college students＇ ideological and moral education and teaching.
